Back to school with LUCAS PRATA!

Hey guys,
As you may recall, we're going to be doing some occasional "Back to school" theme posts this September.

I know one of my most cherished high school memories was my Sweet Sixteen! Now, unfortunately my father was not a wealthy oil baron, so I didn't get to hire an international recording artist for a private performance. No ice sculpture in the shape of a big "1-6," no luxury car, and no fireworks. No, I wasn't one of those spoiled brats... I mean, lovely little ladies!... who you see on MTV's My Super Sweet Sixteen. As I recall, my Sweet Sixteen involved like, a VFW, some cake, and a lot of cheek pinching and "you're getting so big!" remarks.

For Lucas Prata, however, a Sweet Sixteen was a career-defining moment. His fans skyrocketed after an appearance on the MTV show. Check it out below!:



THAT one was seen by hundreds of thousands of MTV viewers. But we have a feeling this clip from someone's personal camera was NOT. Enjoy this lengthy inside peek at a different "Sweet 16" performance Lucas gave (he enjoyed quite a few requests for private gigs after his MTV airing!).
