Exciting news today... our very first Diva, AMBER, just gave a lengthy, intimate and no-holds-barred interview on IAD Radio (International Artist Debut Radio). IAD Radio is a weekly radio show hosted by James and Eugene, two talented musicians out of Denver, Colorado. They do a fantastic job bringing positive, uplifting music and interviews from new and established artists... and like us, they seem to have a particular love of dance music! Kristine W was their "artist of the month" in August, and later this week they'll be doing an interview with Gioia Bruno from the dance group Expose! (that one goes live on 9/7). They even have news on their site about two other artists we've previewed, Adam Barta and Stevie Jewel. In other words... great minds think alike! haha :)
Aaanyway, returning to the Amber matter at hand. IAD Radio has named "LOVE ONE ANOTHER" as their theme for September. In honor of Amber's #1 Dance smash, of course (which, by the way, earned her a Grammy nomination!)... and also because Amber's music and persona have continually focused on showing love... to yourself, and to others.

Amber discusses everything: how she first hit it big, the whirlwind of fame that accompanied all her pop success, her realization that the music industry was exploiting her work (and cutting her out of the profits!), and how she left her old record label to work as an independent artist. She also talks about how she's finally re-recording all her old hits, one by one, to make them available on iTunes (there are a variety of legal reasons why she had to wait... we'll let her explain that , though ;))

Anyway, this is a fantastic interview and we definitely recommend you guys check it out. It's not every day that you're able to hear your favorite dance artists give serious, professional and lengthy radio interviews like this.
Oh, and we have to give Amber an extra bit of thanks for giving DIVA DIVO a shout-out at the end of the interview. Brought a tear to my eye! (And a bit of redness to my face... awww!)
