Okay, okay... we shouldn't start any rumors. The Minogue sisters aren't in any kind of feud... at least, not that we're aware of!
They are, however, both releasing new singles at the same time. Which leads to the obvious question: whose return to the club floor is better? Reigning Pop Princess Kylie Minogue, or her upstart little sister, Dannii?
Decide for yourself... here's the video for Dannii's new single called "Touch Me Like That." It's actually credited to "Dannii Minogue with Jason Nevins," and that's Jason spinning in the video with her.
If part of the song sounds familiar, it's because there's a strong sample in it of the disco classic "You Make Me Feel (Mighty Real)" by Sylvester. Not the first time Dannii has gone to the dsisco duck era for inspiration. Her last single was a cover of "He's the Greatest Dancer" by Sister Sledge, and before that "Perfection" sampled Vicki Sue Robinson's "Turn the Beat Around."
"Touch Me Like That" is actually the first single from her upcoming album "ClubDisco" (which, right now, looks like it will only be releasesed in the UK - boo!) And it includes the aforementioned disco-inspired singles, plus past hits like "You Won't Forget About Me" and "So Under Pressure," plus a slew of new songs. Of course by now everyone knows that Kylie's new album, "Kylie X," is set for release this month. And the first single, "2 Hearts" has already been released. Here's the vid for you:
