KIM SOZZI in a wedding band... and gown!

If you've been wondering how you can get a private performance by one of your favorite dance divas, the answer is simple...

Haha. Okay, maybe a 3-minute, private rendition of "Break Up" isn't worth a lifetime commitment. BUT here's something interesting trivia we just found out: Kim Sozzi ("Break Up," "Alone," How Did You Know"... and our SEPTEMBER Diva of the Month in '07) is one of the band leaders for Creations Music. It's a New York based band and orchestra that specializes in weddings!

As to be expected with a band co-founded by Kim, Creations seems to place a heavy emphasis on Top 40 dance music. Their song list also includes three of Kim's OWN tracks: "Feelin' Me," "How Did You Know" and "Letting Go."

And here's something else we came across... a picture of Kim on her OWN wedding day!



Now if that's not a gorgeous bride... I don't know what is!
(Sorry, guys... Kim has been married to her husband - producer Derek Alexrod - for a number of years now. So don't go trying to "Break Up" these two ;) )

Whether she's shining at her own wedding or helping other brides work the dance floor at their own... who knew that you could trade some crusty old fogey singing "Copacabana" for a diva like this. Remember THAT when you set your own wedding date ;)
