Holy crud. I have never laughed so hard in my life!!
Don't ask me how I found this (long story), but have I got something hilarious (and uh... kinda sad) for you all.
You know how sometimes you'll be in a record store, or Spencer's Gifts at the mall or something, and they have those "party compilation CDs" with popular dance songs... redone by no-name artists? They try and fool you by putting the song title and original artist in huge letters. But the telltale sign is always when you look really closely at the artist's name, and in front in teeny tiny letters, you read:
"As made famous by..."
Yeah. That's when you know you're getting one of those crappy albums with someone's sister-in-law trying to sing a replica of the song.
Well, here's an example of that phenomenon... this is an ACTUAL version of "This is Your Night" available on iTunes - where sadly, Amber's original still isn't even available - redone by some random girl for a compilation album.
Hahaha.
Yeah, I'm not even going to tell you where to find this on iTunes. Not that I think any of you would want to buy it, but God forbid, I don't want anyone accidentally confusing this song with the original diva!
Not like they could! I mean... my God!
